What is Underground combined substation?
The ZBW-D series underground combined substation type is a complete set of substations integrating high-voltage switch cabinets, buried transformers, and low-voltage power distribution cabinets. A series of products developed and designed in China. The underground combined substation has the advantages of advanced technology, beautiful appearance, low noise, safe and reliable operation, convenient maintenance, compact structure, and small footprint. It is suitable for urban public places, streets, parks, residential quarters, scenic quarters, etc. The site is used for receiving and distributing electric energy in the power distribution system. In the power distribution system, it can be used in the ring network power distribution system, and can also be used in the dual power supply or radiation terminal power distribution system.

The underground combined substation is divided into two parts: the ground and the underground. The ground part is divided into high-voltage switch cabinets, low-voltage power distribution cabinets and shells, and the underground is a buried transformer and a buried box.
Shell structure: The shell is made of aluminum-zinc-clad board, the surface is covered with wood, and the top is a metal glazed tile roof. The rooms of the substation are separated into independent small rooms with steel plates, and are equipped with lighting devices. The top cover is a double-layer structure, which can prevent heat radiation from increasing the indoor temperature and at the same time has good ventilation.
High-voltage unit: The high-voltage cabinet adopts SF6 insulated ring network cabinet or SF6 load switch cabinet, which has compact structure, small size, high reliability, long service life and maintenance-free.
Low-voltage unit: The low-voltage cabinet adopts GGD cabinet, which can be equipped with metering, outlet, measurement, and capacitance automatic compensation devices according to user requirements.
Transformer unit: The transformer adopts a low-temperature rise, low-loss underground transformer, the high-voltage side of the transformer adopts a fully sealed, fully insulated cable plug connection, and the low-voltage side adopts a low-voltage sealed lead device for outlet, even if the transformer is completely immersed in water Reliable operation, and the transformer is installed in the buried box first, and then buried in the ground. The noise of the transformer will not spread to the ground, preventing noise pollution. If the transformer leaks oil, the oil will only leak in the buried tank and will not pollute the environment.
