Insulation: The insulation grade is H (180 C) and the design redundancy is large.

Safety: SG (B) 10 series dry-type transformer is designed as H-class insulation grade, while the main insulation material is DuPont NOMEX paper of the United States with C-class (heat resistance can reach 220 C). The transformer will not be flame-retardant, flame-retardant and will not explode to release toxic gases.

Environmentally friendly: Transformer core is cold rolled silicon steel sheet with high magnetic conductivity and high quality. With special Dell design, the operation noise is far below the national standard. It can be recovered after full service life and does not pollute the environment.

Moisture shielding: Because of the dense NOMEX insulated transformer, it can work satisfactorily in the most humid environment. When the coil is treated as a whole, the sealing level of the conductor and the mechanical strength of the coil are strengthened again by vacuum pressure dipping paint for many times. At the same time, the antisepsis and moisture resistance of the transformer are improved.

Durability: Class H insulation can withstand the working temperature of 180 C. It has good heat resistance, high mechanical strength, good heat dissipation conditions, strong overload capacity, long thermal life, not affected by thermal expansion and contraction, good toughness and elasticity, never cracking.

Economy: Because of the high temperature resistance of the insulation system, the cooling space of the transformer can be reduced. Compared with the transformer with the same insulation level, the structure can be designed more compact and the weight can be reduced relatively. Compared with the type 09 transformer, the no-load loss ratio of the type 10 transformer is reduced by 15% and the operation cost is greatly reduced.
