Our advantages
1. It is divided into two parts: aboveground part and underground part. The aboveground part consists of high-voltage switchgear, low-voltage distributor and outer box, and the underground part consists of buried transformer and buried box.
2. The outer box is made of aluminum coated zinc plate, being separated into independent rooms by steel plates, and equipped with lighting devices. The top cover is a double-layer structure, which can prevent heat radiation from increasing indoor temperature, and with good ventilation.
3. The high-voltage unit adopts SF6 insulated ring network switchgear or SF6 load switchgear, with compact structure, small volume, high reliability, long service life and maintenance free.
4. The low-voltage unit adopts GGD distributor, which can be equipped with metering, outgoing line, measurement and automatic capacitor compensation devices as users required.
5. It adopts the buried transformer with low temperature rise and low loss. The high-voltage side of the transformer is connected with a fully sealed and insulated cable plug, and the low-voltage side is connected with a pluggable low-voltage sealed lead device. The oil tank is made of stainless steel with a protection level of IP68, the transformer can operate reliably even if it is fully submerged in water.
6. The buried box has excellent corrosion and compression resistance, and absolute sealing performance. Moreover, the transformer is first installed in the buried box, and then buried underground. So the noise of the transformer will not spread to the surface, preventing noise pollution. And if the transformer leaks oil, the oil will only leak in the buried box, not polluting the environment.
