1000KVA dry type transformer structure features:
1. The iron core
The 1000KVA dry transformer adopts high quality cold rolled grain oriented silicon steel sheet, and the iron core silicon steel sheet adopts 45 degree fully inclined joint, so that the magnetic flux passes along the joint direction of the silicon steel sheet.
2. The winding
The windings of 1000KVA dry transformer are as follows:
(1) spiral wound
(2) epoxy resin and quartz sand filling casting
(3) Glass fiber reinforced epoxy resin casting (i.e. thin insulating structure)
(4) multi-strand glass wire impregnated epoxy resin winding type
3. High voltage winding
1000KVA dry type transformer generally adopts multi-layer cylindrical or multi-layer segmented structure
4. Low voltage winding
1000KVA dry transformer generally adopts layer type or foil type structure.
