European box becomes larger, its cost is lower, and American box becomes smaller, its structure is compact. It is about 1/3-1/5 of European box with the same capacity, and its shape is beautiful. Although the cost is slightly higher, American box has the characteristics of reliable power supply, reasonable structure, quick installation, flexible operation and so on. It can be used both outdoors and indoors.
The difference between American box transformer and European box transformer is that American box transformer is a unified design of transformer cores, high voltage load switches, protective fuses and other equipment, which is placed in the same fuel tank. It has the following characteristics:
(1) American boxes are small in size and compact in structure, only about 1/3 of European boxes with the same capacity in China.
(2) Americanstyle box with fully sealed and fully insulated structure can reliably protect personal safety without insulating distance.
(3) American box transformer can be used not only in loop network, but also in terminal. Conversion is very convenient, which improves the reliability of power supply.
(4) Strong overload capacity;
(5) Low loss, S9 or SH type can be selected;
(6) The high voltage cable head adopts the company's products, which can operate 200A load current, electrified plug-and-pull as load switch in emergency, and has the characteristics of convenient and flexible operation of disconnector.
(7) Double fuse protection is adopted to reduce operation cost.
(8) High ignition oil (as high as 312 C) can be used in buildings.
(9) Anti-corrosion design and special spraying treatment for box body.
