Engineering acceptance experiments on newly assembled electrical equipment are often referred to as “job handover experiments”.
1. Ground resistance.
Tie or hang the waterproof casing according to the crane or support frame, and ensure that the waterproof casing is vertical. Then, use a 2,500-volt insulation resistance meter to accurately measure the grounding resistance of the wiring end to the end screen and the flange. of. For example, for capacitor-type waterproof casings with a pressure higher than 66KV, an insulation resistance meter of 2,500 volts should be used to measure the grounding resistance of their “small waterproof casings”. Accurate measurement, and the result should be below 1000M.
2. Accurate measurement of dielectric loss.
The method of measuring the dielectric loss is to use the positive wiring method. This method can accurately measure the dielectric loss tangent value tan and the capacitor value of the main insulating layer of the waterproof casing to the end screen, and the wiring can be controlled under the condition of control. According to the method marked by the equipment, a current of 10KV should be used for accurate measurement of dielectric loss.
When carrying out this precise measurement, the dielectric loss high voltage test cable must be hung up with insulating tape and kept suspended in the air, and it must not fall to the ground and touch other machinery and equipment. In addition, the more important thing is the hidden danger of people’s safety. Unrelated people should not be allowed to enter the high-pressure test area. The final measured dielectric loss and capacitor value should be consistent with the factory value, otherwise it will not be managed.
The second experiment to be talked about is: regular inspection experiment of on-load transformer conversion equipment
This experiment is to carry out a serious inspection of the entire posture sequence of the on-load transformer transfer switch circuit breaker.
And carry out reasonable and accurate measurement of the resistance value of the connecting resistor and the time period of its conversion. The measured results and errors should meet the relevant technical standards.
