PRODUCT USE
This series of low-voltage cable distributors use rated frequency 50/60HZ, rated voltage 380V (660V) power system as power distribution and control of power, lighting and distribution equipment.
It is suitable for outdoor public places such as various harsh environments, transformer and distribution stations, industrial and mining enterprises and urban roads, Garden residential areas, high-rise buildings, airports and so on.
It is especially suitable for use in factories with corrosive gases such as petroleum and chemical industries, as well as in high salt fog places such as coastal areas and islands.
PRODUCT CHARACTERISTICS
A. The box component is made of fully insulated polymer composite material (SCM) by high temperature transverse pressing. The whole box is assembled by the ring of each functional component and has high manufacturing accuracy. Its structure is novel, compact and easy to assemble. And it has unique characteristics of rainproof design and ventilation design.
B. The cabinet has excellent electrical performance. The insulation index, dielectric strength, leakage resistance marking index and aging resistance index are excellent. Condensation hardly occurs even in very wet and harsh environments.
C. And it has very strong mechanical strength. With unparalleled safety performance of metal box, even if the line inside the box is broken down or damaged by external force impact, it will not cause the box to be charged, especially suitable for densely populated areas without protective net.
D. The whole component of the box is moulded and assembled by building blocks, so it has high dimensional accuracy and convenient installation.
E. Excellent insulation performance. The cabinet body is fully insulated, without adding excellent insulation performance of grounding system material itself and special ventilation structure design, it can effectively prevent the possibility of condensation and frost in the cabinet body.
F. Excellent chemical corrosion resistance and performance, can effectively resist weak acid, weak alkali, salt spray, rain corrosion.
