Combined transformer (commonly known as American style box transformer or pad mounted transformer) is a complete set of power transformation and distribution equipment that combines the transformer, load switch and protection device of the high-voltage receiving part, low-voltage distribution device, low-voltage metering system, and reactive power compensation device. The high-voltage load switch and high-voltage fuse are placed in the transformer oil, reducing the volume of the components, making the structure more compact, and making the installation convenient and flexible.
Features:
1. It is with compact structure and small volume, only about 1/3-1/5 of the European style box transformer with the same capacity, greatly reducing the floor area.
2. It is fully sealed, with fully insulated structure, and no insulation distance required, protecting personal safety.
3. High-voltage wiring can be used for both ring networks and terminals, with flexible power supply methods and high reliability.

1. It is equipped with the S11 type transformer, with excellent performance, low loss, low noise, and low temperature rise, also with strong overload capacity, short circuit withstand ability, and impact resistance.
2. It is divided into three parts: main high-voltage room, low-voltage room and transformer room. The high-voltage room is equipped with oil temperature gauge, oil level gauge, pressure gauge, pressure relief valve, oil drain valve and other components to monitor the operation of the transformer.
3. High-voltage incoming line adopts cable plug and can be equipped with zinc oxide arrester to meet various low-voltage outgoing requirements. The low-voltage metering and shunt outgoing line can be added as users required.
The oil tank adopts corrugated fins for heat dissipation. After special process treatment, it has strong anti-corrosion ability. It can be made of ordinary steel, stainless steel and other plates, with various shapes and structures.
5. The box is a fully sealed anti-theft structure with high mechanical strength; It is equipped with sufficient air vents and heat insulation layers to ensure that the temperature of all electrical equipment inside does not exceed its maximum allowable temperature during operation.
6. The box is equipped with a dedicated grounding conductor, which is made of copper tape. Its current density is not greater than 200A/mm², and the load surface is not less than 30mm². It can ensure that overheating will not occur when the maximum short-circuit current flows.
