PRODUCT USE
GCS low-voltage extractive switchgear is suitable for power conversion, distribution and control of low-voltage distribution systems such as power plants, substations, petrochemical departments, factories, mining enterprises, hotels and high-rise buildings, power distribution and motor control centers, capacitance compensation, etc.
It can meet the special needs of computer interface in power use occasions such as power plants with large single capacity, low-voltage power control centers and motor control centers in large-scale petrochemical industries.
The device is a new low-voltage extraction switch cabinet designed on the principle of safety, economy, reasonableness and reliability, in accordance with the requirements of the supervisors, users and design departments of the Ministry of Electricity, in order to meet the needs of capacity increase, computer interface, centralized power control, convenient safety maintenance and shorten the time of accident handling in the developing power market. The product has the characteristics of breaking, high connection ability, good dynamic and thermal stability, flexible electrical scheme, convenient combination, series, strong practicability, novel structure and high protection grade. It can be used as a replacement product of low-voltage extractive switchgear.
PRODUCT CHARACTERISTICS
A. The cabinet has good strength and stiffness. GCS cabinet uses 8MF steel. Its thickness, material and shape cross-section area are much larger than other cabinet steel, so the strength and stiffness of 8MF steel are much better.
B. Short-term withstand current of horizontal bus and vertical bus reaches 80 kA/1S, and peak withstand current reaches 176 kA/0.1, which is higher than other switchgear.
C. The switch selected by C. GCS cabinet can be equipped with various circuit breakers produced at home and abroad according to customers'needs.
D. PC cabinet can be equipped with three switches up to 1600A, which can reduce the area occupied and the cost of construction. MCC cabinet can be composed of five different functional units (0.5, 1, 1.5, 2, 3 units). (Unit structure can be divided into standard type and economic type for users to choose.) The pull-in, pull-out and switch-off of drawers are all realized by one handle of the operating system. Because the horizontal bus cabinet is put flat behind it, both the upper and lower cables have access channels, which solves the problem that the old products can not be put on or out of the cabinet. The electrical components and accessories installed in the cabinet are manufactured by the manufacturer and have a perfect quality assurance system.
PRODUCT CHARACTERISTICS
The device complies with IEC439-1 "Low-voltage switchgear and control equipment", GB7251.1 "Low-voltage switchgear and control equipment", ZBK36001 "Low-voltage withdrawable switchgear" and other standards.
FEATURES:
A. Cabinet strength and rigidity. GCS cabinet uses 8MF steel, its sheet material is thick, material and shape sectional area are used than other ark type steel model much bigger.Therefore, the strength and rigidity of the 8MF steel are much better.
B. The short-time withstand current of the horizontal busbar and the vertical busbar reaches 80kA/1S, and the peak withstand current reaches 176kA/0.1, which is higher than other switchgear cabinets.
C. GCS cabinet can be equipped with various circuit breakers produced at home and abroad according to customer needs.
D. PC cabinet can be equipped with three 1600A and below switches to reduce floor space and reduce construction cost.
