1. Advanced High-Voltage Windings
The high-voltage winding is vacuum cast using epoxy resin filled with high-quality fillers, ensuring low partial discharge and high electrical strength. Both the inner and outer walls of the winding are reinforced with fiberglass mesh plates, significantly increasing mechanical strength and enhancing the transformer's ability to withstand sudden short circuits.
2. Optimized Low-Voltage Foil Windings
The low-voltage winding adopts a foil structure design, eliminating the axial spiral angle issue common in wire-wound windings and ensuring balanced ampere-turn distribution. Axial cooling ducts are integrated to improve heat dissipation. DMD epoxy resin pre-impregnated cloth is used between winding layers, with overall solidification forming a robust and durable structure.

The core is constructed from high-quality cold-rolled silicon steel sheets featuring a three-step fully mitered joint structure. Core columns are bound with F-class weftless straps and surface-wrapped with epoxy resin, effectively reducing no-load loss, no-load current, and core noise.
