1. High-Voltage Windings
The high-voltage windings are vacuum-cast using epoxy resin with mineral fillers, achieving low partial discharge and excellent dielectric strength. Reinforced internally and externally with fiberglass mesh, the windings offer enhanced mechanical robustness and superior resistance to sudden short circuits.
2. Low-Voltage Windings
The low-voltage windings feature a foil-wound design that eliminates the axial spiral angle found in traditional wire windings, ensuring perfect ampere-turn balance. Axial ventilation channels are built in for optimal heat dissipation, while DMD epoxy pre-impregnated insulation between layers creates a fully cured, solid structure.
3. Core Construction
Manufactured from high-grade cold-rolled silicon steel, the core utilizes a three-step mitered joint configuration. Core legs are secured with F-class weftless binding straps and coated with epoxy resin to minimize no-load loss, reduce excitation current, and lower operational noise. All clamping components receive specialized surface finishing for improved durability and aesthetics.
4. Cooling System
The transformer is fitted with cross-flow top-mounted cooling fans that deliver quiet operation and strong airflow. Their streamlined design not only enhances overload capacity but also complements the overall appearance of the unit.
