Prefabricated substation (commonly known as European style box transformer) is a type of substation equipment that consists of transformer, high-voltage and low-voltage switchgear. And the devices are installed separately, each one is connected to each other through cables or other transmission media. Its design is relatively traditional and the structure is relatively complex, but it has higher flexibility and adaptability, widely being used in the places with high requirements for equipment performance.

The prefabricated substation, also referred to as the European box-type substation, adheres to the standards set by GB/T17467-1998 and IEC1330. Featuring flexible and convenient installation, it boasts low loss, minimal noise, and robust resistance against short-circuits and overloads. This solution finds application in various settings including commercial centers, residential areas, industrial and mining facilities, hospitals, schools, airports, stations, ports, subways, and other locales.


Features:

The substation offers two layout options: "Cross-shaped" layout and "T-shaped" layout, catering to different preferences.

2. Constructed with high-quality materials including aluminum alloy, stainless steel, composite, and glass fiber reinforced cement, ensuring durability and longevity.

3. The substation base is crafted from galvanized channel steel or cement, providing exceptional corrosion resistance and mechanical strength.

4. Featuring a double-layer structure, the top cover offers superior heat insulation, radiation protection, and ventilation efficiency.

5. Each room within the substation is partitioned with iron plates and equipped with lighting facilities and transformer tops for operational convenience.

6. Equipped with an automatic exhaust device in the transformer room, ensuring optimal temperature regulation for transformer performance.

7. The customizable color options for the box transformer seamlessly integrate with the surrounding environment, enhancing aesthetic appeal and blending with the landscape.


Our Advantages:

1. The enclosure is designed using advanced foreign technology and tailored to actual conditions. It is constructed from 304 stainless steel, offering a solid structure, heat insulation, ventilation, dust prevention, moisture resistance, corrosion resistance, and a rust-free finish. It also features an attractive appearance and easy maintenance.  

2. The high-voltage side is equipped with load switches or vacuum circuit breakers, providing comprehensive anti-misoperation, overload, and short circuit protection. It uses XGN15-12 or HXGN2-12 ring network switchgear. The low-voltage side uses MNS, GCK, or GCS switchgear. For the transformer side, either oil-immersed or dry type transformers can be selected.  

3. It offers comprehensive protection and convenient operation. Options for high and low voltage metering are available, and automatic reactive power compensation devices can be installed as required by users, utilizing either dynamic or static hybrid compensation.  

4. The top cover of the enclosure features a double-layer structure filled with foam plastics, providing excellent heat insulation, radiation protection, and ventilation. The high and low voltage compartments have separate top plates, and the transformer compartment includes anti-condensation measures, automatic temperature control monitoring, heating, and cooling devices.  

5. The enclosure uses natural ventilation, with the option to add forced ventilation equipment. Dust prevention devices are installed at the louver positions on the door panels and side panels.  

6. It includes intelligent lighting energy-saving devices, which significantly reduce the electricity consumption of lighting equipment, thereby saving on operating costs for users.
